Sean will review and discuss Governor DeWine’s 17-point plan point by point from the eyes of a pro firearms Second Amendment Attorney. Proposed “Universal Background or Enhanced Background Checks” will also be discussed, including the Bloomberg Universal Background ballot initiative expected to be on the 2020 Ballot. Current Ohio Law related to mental health and provisions already in place designed to prevent a person in “crisis” from harming themselves or others as a constitutional alternative to “Red Flag” will also be a topic for discussion.
