Mr. Finney is the owner of Finney Law Firm, LLC, where he concentrates on commercial transactional and litigation projects. In addition, Mr. Finney is a renowned public interest litigator, enjoying three 9-0 victories at the United States Supreme Court.
As a transactional attorney, Mr. Finney handles routine and complex real estate matters, and is a licensed Ohio title insurance agent. He has more than 30 years of experience in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing as well as issues relating to covenants and easements for real property. Mr. Finney is the sole owner of Ivy Pointe Title founded in 2013, which handles residential and commercial title insurance and closings. Its underwriters are First American Title Insurance and Fidelity Title Insurance. In all, Mr. Finney and his companies have handled more than 15,000 real estate closings in his career.
