I don’t understand people who opposes our constitution or at least parts of it. The Article V that the EmpowerU guest is strongly against, is the part that it supposed to maintain the balance of powers between the states and the federal government, exactually what is the cause of most of our issues?
I see that there are many Guardrails to prevent his “runaway” convention, all 50 states must first set the agenda in their Binding Resolutions and their instructions for there Commissioners. This prevents any small group from taking over the convention.
I am open to hearing his side, but fail to see the logic and that the original convention was a runaway. His theory is preventing our country from taking control away from the Washington swamp and back to the states and the people. Debate on truths is great, but we need to be sure Mr. Tuttle is not twisting his information. I have the video where Supreme Court Scalia completely supports using Article V, but Rob omits most of this thought to reverse his belief. Here is the 1 minute video he misquotes.
