Is Hamilton County, Ohio Becoming a Hostile Workplace?

April 20, 2022 by Dan Regenold
Hamilton County Ohio Employes 4,270

On April 14, I testified at the Commissioners Meeting for the Hamilton County Commissioners.   The resolution that I testified about is the following resolution:  2020 Declaration By the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners that racism is a Public Health Care Crisis.

Hamilton County Commissioners,

During July 2020-many public groups , that I’m aware of passed Race related resolutions which had real impact on their constituents:

First:  In Beautiful, historic Glendale where I live in July 2020 an African America Council Person hosted a study created on her own that determined that all 2000 residents of Glendale were “implicitly biased—racist”.  It had a terrible impact when the “Woke” Mayor emailed that news out to all of it’s citizens.

Second:  At the Ohio Department of Education in July 2020  Resolution #20–the Resolution to Condemn Racism and Advance Equity was passed.   This Resolution led the Ohio Board of Education to create a policy saying they would not accept any public comment on Race at any meeting.   *A lawsuit was filed against them, *Board members were replaced, *the Superintendent and President of the State Board of Education changed  and the Racist resolution was overturned.  A new resolution passed with the Goal Being “Academic Excellence for all students in Ohio.”   Imagine that Academic Excellence, not Race, not Equity.

Third, in July 2020 you, the Hamilton County Commissioners passed your own “2020 Resolution that Racism is a Public Health Crisis.”   I’ve had your Racist Resolution sitting on my desk for two years now because it is so wrong.

Let’s me Review a few highlights of this piece of ….well paper….

  1. Hamilton County will support health efforts that are centering the voice of black communities.
  2. Hamilton County will seek to promote racial equity policies that prioritize the health of all people, especially people of color.
  3. Hamilton County will conduct an economic disparity study  on economic outcomes affecting minorities and women.

Gosh, the idea of segregation, of treating different races differently just go back so many years—it’s so 1950’s.

Let me remind you that the three of you and me and everyone here… we all share one thing in common.   When we were born on Earth we were all born with the same rights—equal rights– given to us by God.

As elected officials your job is to represent all races all people, not just your own chosen politically correct choice of the day, or your own color.   Why have I had the Resolution on my Desk for two years?   Because It’s ugly, bad governance,—

You know, I knew at some point, at some time, someone an employee or vendor from Hamilton County would call me about Hamilton County.   Because for one reason or another I’ve started to be known for fighting this PC, race crap.

An employee in one of your departments contacted me within the last two weeks to let me know that he/she has starting to be treated with hostility by your Management team.  They feel like they are being indoctrinated at work.  Being Targeting for being white.  Starting to be told to join a group to read pieces of race fiction garbage like ibrem X. Kendi.   Your resolution, your actions, have opened the door for this to happen to  County employees.

My message to you is simple.  You may be starting to make Hamilton County a Hostile Place to work because of this racial stuff.  I don’t think I need to explain to you what the words “Hostile workplace” mean.  To all 4,270 Hamilton County employees—black, white, or whatever if you are being treated in a different manner during your employment because of the color of your skin please contact me and we will try to help you.   My contact information is Dan@EmpowerUAmerica.org.   My name is Dan Regenold.   Thank You.
